How long does delivery take after I place my order? We process all confirmed orders within 1 to 2 business days, and orders placed after 2 PM IST move to the next business day. After dispatch, delivery takes 2 to 4 business days for metro cities, 4 to 7 business days for other cities and towns, and 7 to 10 business days for remote areas. During peak festive seasons like Diwali or Rakhi, processing may take a little longer than usual.

Can I return seeds if there is a quality issue? Yes, if you receive a product with a quality problem on our end, you can raise a return by sharing your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where relevant. Once we review and approve the claim, we send return instructions and process your refund within 7 to 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that opened or partially consumed items are not eligible for return unless the issue was caused by a quality control failure on our side.
